How will it help me?
The course is a mixture of information, demos and tasters. It has been specifically designed to give you practical tools to take away and enable you to implement the changes straight away.
What will I receive?
As well as receiving 20 CPD points and an accredited certificate, you’ll also receive a handbook to take away full of recipes, extra information, template logs etc, that you can use to make practical changes to improve the health and wellbeing for the whole family. It also includes some recommended reading lists for each module so that you can further develop your skills and knowledge once the course has finished.
How do I know the content is accurate?
The course content and handbooks are designed by the Nutritional Healing Foundation College, where I myself trained. It means that the quality of content is of a reliably high standard. In effect, the course is a condensed version of what we studied as Nutritional Therapists. Whilst the course isn’t long enough to enable you to become a qualified nutritionist, it will give you an excellent foundational overview of naturopathic nutritional healing
How will you deliver the course?
As a trainer, my aim is to make the course fun and interactive. We’ve all attended courses that have been rich in content but a little dry and difficult to swallow! This is not how Health On A Plate has been designed. It will be interactive with a variety of demos and tasters throughout for attendees.
What accreditation will I receive on completion?
You will receive a certificate from the Nutritional Healing Foundation on completion of the course, awarding you 20 CPD points.
I’ve been on both sides; as a client through my own health journey after being bedridden with a neurological condition for almost 8 years, and as a practitioner. This has given me the passion to inspire and motivate clients to implement the changes I teach. You’ll be encouraged to try things out for yourself, so that you can experience the changes it will bring to you and our family.

What previous attendees have said:
“I’m so happy I decided to study this course with this particular lecturer. The environment was perfect, her own unique style or method in which she communicated was lovely. I felt she came across in a way which was simple to understand. She also had in-depth knowledge when asked questions and was able to simplify her answers for us to understand. Loved meeting you Bee and will stay in touch!”

“Really good course, learned a lot about a whole range of topics. The food demos were great as was shown how to make healthy foods and drinks. Learned a lot about a healthy cell and how to protect it. I also liked the module about detoxification. Also being shown about sugar alternatives, which I will definitely be trying! Overall the course has been amazing. Thanks for doing the course”.
