It also looks about how we can maximise your nutrient intake through the foods you eat by adding nutrient dense foods in. The aim is not to restrict, but to find alternatives to inflammatory or harmful foods that you may be eating. Once you have transitioned onto the Basic Therapeutic Diet, we can then explore how to use food and fluids to detoxify. This is when people can start to see a real shift in the level of their symptoms.
